went to ballet yesterday feeling really tired cos i slept at 1 15am the day before. i think i'm suffering from insomnia or something lor, every night cannot sleep. anw, i was soo tired but my mum somehow convinced me to go to macritchie reservoir with the church chinese ministry thing. i went there and huilin was there so i was quite happy that at least i had someone to play with. spent our time there by playing uno and mostly taiti. huilin asked her parents and they allowed her to come to my house to stayover that day.so we came home, bathed and everything and started playing mankala (this malay marble game thing) while listening to music. we played like ten thousand rounds until i decided to curl huilin's hair cos in my whole family, no one has long hair while huilin has very smooth long hair. for once she agreed to let me do so while she played crazy taxi and the rest of our com games. it took me like half an hour to finish but by then, the initial curls i did were all gone so i decided to do it again. my family decided that day that we would go to vivo city for our first time for family day since everyone was at home.so we went at like 7+ and realised that it was so crowded. cos it was our first time, none of us knew where the food court was so we walked and walked and walked some more until we found some ppl who brought us there. inside the food court was absolutely packed. there were so many ppl walking and queuing and needless to say, we were unable to find seats. we decided to go to no signboard seafood restaurant which was next door and practically empty but my parents walked around more and tried to find seats. finally we just decided to go to the built-in chinese restaurant at the food court. it was quite nice and cos we were all so hungry, we finished all the food even though we thought at first we ordered too much. on top of that, our dinner didnt burst our budget. so we walked around, me and huilin went into the wading pool a bit then just went window shopping around lor. so we went home and me and huilin played more mankala, painted our nails (mine painted pink of course =P) and asked my sis to help us do hair wraps. for those who dont know what that is, it's like our wrap friendship bracelets wrapped around a bit of hair. my sis does it reeeally nice cos she can add design and everything. so you would think that sounds like little to do in one night right? wrong. it took us soo long that we only slept at 2 am. 2 am!!so woke up late this morning lor. got chased round by my mum, asking us to hurry up and basically, just the usual stuff. we went to church where i brought the money made from the friendship bands there and gave it to uncle chor san (person in charge of our children's ministry). he was pretty impressed and cos my mum told him we sold stuff something like me and huilin's hairwraps, he decided to ask us to come out to show everyone. and i was thinking, i dont even know how to do wrap friendship bracelets!! but anw, everyone kept coming up to me to ask me to do for them next week lor. i just kept saying my sister does nicer ones and told them she would do for them.so of course we teased hilary and spiky haired shawn today( though he's not spiky haired anymore. apparently, he thinks hilary doesnt like that look, or so that's what i've heard) i got orders from maxine. she sent me an sms just before she left for perth saying, dont forget to tease hilary and spiky haired shawn! so all of us including the boys who are supposedly shawn's friends started saying, hmm shawn's surname is ng so..hilary and shawn ng. not bad lah! then i kept trying to borrow hilary's phone to take picture of shawn so it will look like she took it lah. but hilary smart lor, dont believe us when we said we wanted to play games. ok so maybe you dont have to be that smart. anw, we were upstairs and really bored cos maxine and tiara werent there.huilin was playing with hilary's phone and hilary decided she was going down to play with her nephew. she instructed us (ok, me) not to leave the room, especially not with her phone. we were like, yeah yeah, whatever. so once she left obviously i left the room with her phone, on a mission to take shawn's picture. it was such an easy task. like once i was downstairs i spotted him. i thought i would surely be able to go back before hilary. wrong. she had come and gone down again to look for me, according to hannah. so, a very very pissed hilary came back and i had to pretend to not know anything. to make it easier, i started talking to hannah about school and stuff while being glared at by hilary.so, she finally stopped being angry after a long time and after she left, i went to play with all the children, my sisters and leuven (youth,in case you forgot). we played freeze and melt, catching, and all those active games lah.went for choir in the evening. we are supposed to have 2 male soloist, 1 for each service.aunty ruth chose but i think she chose wrong. she chose this guy michael who constantly goes flat and sings way too loud. i wrote an email to her just now about it. hope i didnt sound too rude..
