yay!! we (mum, sis and me) just finished putting up our christmas tree! we started at like 1pm and now it's already 2 42pm. but it was fun. normally every year we put on little wooden christmas ornaments that we got from new zealand a long time ago. they are really cute and tiny. but this year we just decided to hang these red chains of beads all around with the red decorative balls. so it's all red and green. below the tree, my mum put some porcelein chrstmas figures of snowmen and christmas trees that she just found and some dried flowers and acorns to make it look natural. i added some of the wooden ornaments at the bottom for good measure. so our tree is all fired up! (not literally of course =D)for those of you who have come to my house before, you would know that we have a ginormous christmas tree (real one) outside that's 1 year older than me. i was telling my mum how ironic it is that we have a real nice christmas tree which we dont decorate. instead we put up a fake one inside and decorate it. so my mum found some old gold tinsel and we 3 went out side and started tying them to branches. it started raining though and it still is now. so we decided that we'll see how the few that we tied holds up then after the rain we'll go back out to continue.i've been reading blogs and i realise how many people always express feelings on theirs while i just say what i've been up to. should i start getting all emotional on my blog? which one is better? i''m not quite sure. it's just that if let's say i'm sad and i start writing bout it here, wont it get others all depressed as well? no offence to those who are emo and all. hmm..i guess i'll just stick to this then, unless you guys feel otherwise.
