HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!
HAPPY BELATED B'DAY SHIREN!!
chinese new year celebrations was a bit of a letdown..=( i mean, the lessons wasnt that boring..played a fun game in pe. and the class party was cool, eating great food like shiren's prawns!! and listening to songs (and the girls singing them) on shiren's ipod mini amp. but the concert wasnt as nice as i expected..cos it wasnt done by prefects and it was very very chinese. my fave part was when our gb teacher and mrs mohammad sang a chinese song..then we went back to nyps after waiting for laura's dad for like 15 min in the hothot sun. and dealt with laura and shiren's emo and drama-ness when we were reaching nyps.
lauren that pangsei-er! (learnt that word from my youth counsellor, nana) practically the only reason i went back was to see her lah! then she smsed me saying she had to wait a long time so she went home first. sigh.. so went back and saw a BIG bunch of guys surrounding miss yeo, then went to crash cai lao shi's p4 class. let me tell you, it is fun actting like a bunch of maniacs in front of juniors.then just hung around for a long time while the rg girls cheered rg cheers (which if you ask me, was kinda weird cos i'm sure seniors all thought we were kinda dorky for doing that)so i didnt join in lah, just went to talk to mr tan, who got married and didnt tell us!! hahaha.. then later on the journey home, i took the wrong bus and went all the way to bukit batok mrt station. then had to take train all the way home, which took half an hour!! and i stood for most of the journey. by the time i got home, i was sooo tired.
today was chinese new year!! i wore (what i think was) my *coughs* grown-up outfit and went to church for service, then went to bai nian and got ang baos!! went to my kim po's (grrand aunty) house and ate the bestest steamboat! sooo yummy.. and played with my baby cousins. took loads of pics and shall attempt to post them below. gimme a sec..
