had el learning journey yesterday..not much to say except that it was quite fun, though sweltering hotttt, especially if you were wearing armour, like me. and i stupidly chose a black shirt cos i couldnt find any other shirt to fit over..but still, quite fun. my grp is fun too! hahaha..we are all lame. maybe all except dawn..she's quite quiet..but she's really nice :D check out yirong's blogg for all the pics!
so, we went to the newater plant thingy today..i totally woke up late (as usual) and got stuck in the stupid morning traffic.i was super scared that i would miss the bus to go to the newater place..but in the end, i wasnt lah. i saw shi hui, actually more like she saw me, at the foyer when i walked in. so blahblahblah..we went to the farm and came back, had recess, then had malay. it was ok lah, just normal lor...not boring but not exactly fun...
this is the part where i get pissed even typing it.
i stayed back from 1 30 until 330, cos in case some of you guys have forgotten, i had detention. or so i thought.
i thought i was gonna be super alone after ppl went home, but it turns out i wasnt cos jaime and nadia had to stay back for dance, which coincidentally started at the same time as detention lah..so, it was quite fun, cos we just fooled around in class, doing (at least trying) pivots and banging into each other..then we also talked about some *coughs* issues and it was really interesting lah, didnt even feel like 2h talking.
anw, so i bring my detention form down to the prefects room and wait outside cos that was where we were supposed to meet lah. after 1 final push from kai en, i tell the prefect, who was selling badges and shorts and stuff, that i was reporting for detention. she just said oh. so, i took my book and just sat outside there, being stupid and waiting for smth to happen. abt 15 min pass, and still nothing happens. i go to the toilet and come back, and STILL nothing happens. no one else there, no prefect there, prefect room 2 locked. so, finally, i have some common sense and go and ask a sec 3 prefect who was in the other profects room. i told her that i was waiting for a long time, then she asked me if i got the right date. i showed her my form. she checks the board and goes,
"that's weird..there's no one on duty today."
she confirms with another prefect and says,
"i'm so sorry, there's no DC today. can you come back next tuesday?"
by now, i am super pissed off already lah, cos i wasted 3h doing nothing when i could have been at home, watching tv! or smth lah.. then tuesday is my only free day. next week they want me to waste it again??? i complained to my mum and dad and they told me they are gonna complain. hahahahaha..ok, sorry. ya, they said cos i waited so long and my DC date is already over, so it's counted done already (by their rules lah)
ok, so basically that was my frustrating detention fiasco (i like that word, so cute looking.) ya, tag me! cos i am so lonelyyyyyy....
