blogg surfing is seriously mind draining...maybe i'm just lousy.i feel dumber already, after trying to find ame's blog for the past hour+..yih hui told me that there are *coughs* interesting tiddytzeyuen stories..very intrigued. but i stupidly forgot the add yih hui gave me this morn, and am too pai sei to call yih hui again..so, little old me here has been going to ppl's blogs and trying to find links that link to link to link to link to ame's blogg..very unsucessful though. but i did find a whole lot of other ppl's blogs! so it wasnt a total waste of time..
yayy!! tmr is GOOD FRIDAY!! and i'm not just really excited and happy cos it's a holiday and i get to sleep in, though it does contribute to my happiness :D i'm really excited cos 1) i invited yih hui, shiren and possibly rachel (lim) to my church's good firday service. i am super nervous too..cos it's the first time i'm ever inviting friends. can you believe it? 8 yrs of being a christian, 2 yrs since i've been baptised and this is the first time i have invited ppl to church. i feel kinda useless...but better late then never right?
second reason is obvious: because we rmb our Lord Jesus dying for us on the cross just for us.
many ppl, even christians, just know it as a fact.
oh, he died on the cross to save us. that's why we follow him. oh. ok.
but really, how many of us even show that we are christians? i cant speak for myself. i mean, most christians i know (including me) are christians by theory and we go to church. but we dont really show it to our friends. we still say bad words, listen to wrong music, read wrong books and watch wrong shows. Jesus came all the way to this world, was tortured, ridiculed and crucified. the least we could do for him is act like the christian he meant for us to be. in gb on friday, we watched the jesus film. it wasnt really good quality, the acting and effects werent great. but from watching this, i think all of us there, christian or pre-believers, were all reminded of what He went through. all just for us lousy humans.
ok, after that long paragraph of stuff i always wanted to say if i ever led worship or smth, i feel much better saying it here. where EVERYONE can read it. really tired now..shall go watch some tv and sleep..in case i dont blog tmr,
