cheerleading this morning was quite a sad affair):

on the bright side, i finally got all the steps for the first 2 routines down!without mistake(: after wenying drilled me, which was alot less scary than i expected(: and it was quite fun too!

BUT ON THE NOT SO BRIGHT SIDE.

we had selections for sports fest team TODAY. unexpectedly. ohmy we had to like go through auditions all over again. and you know what. I TOTALLY SPACED OUT AND FORGOT SUPER ALOT OF PARTS IN MY ROUTINE. AHHHHHHHHHH ALL BECAUSE I WAS NERVOUS.

i came out like crying lah [as discreetly as i could] sigh i wanted alotalot to make the team. until now we still dunno who got selected lah. but i prayed abt it, and i'm like just gonna commit everything to God. if i dont get in, i'll take it that this is not the path for me. sigh.

anwwwww took bus home and then like rushed for prayer meeting!

me and maxine had one of our many escapades(: we planned to meet at dhoby right, and then she got on the train before i reached. haha so we ended up meeting at clarke quay. and she gave me my bday present, which turns out CAN fit over my armour!:D

thennn reached church, thinking we were late. but only jess was there when we reached. in the end it was quite few of us but it was quite impactful lah(:

as innn, it felt really good to be ministered to by God, even though it was really hard to sense His presence and all that.

and thennnnnnnnnnnnn. we intended to go to hwanam and get smth to eat! but it turns out there was another prayer meeting, with alot of ppl. me and maxine couldnt decide whether still to eat anot.

we were like chao hungry so we decided to in the end. as usual, we had another stupid idea and decided to climb over the fence near the locked front gate. IT WAS SUPER HILARIOUS LAH. and we took photos of our super exciting adventure!:D HAHAHAHAHAA CHAO UNGLAM.

and like a few ppl saw un attempting to climb over. INCLUDING PASTOR. GGG. CHAO EMBARRASSING. esp since we couldnt successfully climb the fence!

after like 3 tries, we decided that it was a sign from God to go to the prayer meeting and not hwanam. HAHAHA.

sooo we went for prayer meeting, and i dont regret it!(:

and then we had like..15min before youth started. so we attempted to climb the fence again. and took more pictures!:D

EH EH SO UNGLAMMMM.

HAHA on our way to mobil, we tried to find an escape route over the fence!:O maxine's looking thoughtful...WOW!

met behlary at mobil [with super cute hair!] and then went for service, which was AWESOME. worship(: really spoke to me alot lah.

mostly it was like abt how God is our everything, and just putting our trust in Him and not to worry so much. yeah cos now i'm super confused abt cheerleading and whether it's a good testimony and all lah.

was really touched and ministered to during worship(: haha it lasted like 1half hour!:O and like suddenly all my burdens have been lifted off me!

yeah it spoke to me alright. abt how i've been focusing so much on my busybusy schedule that i've lost focus of what's impt, drawing them to the Cross.

at how much i've been thinking abt what i want, and not what He wants. right now i really just need to LET HIM REIGN IN ME(: cos He's everything i need! and He's more than enough for meeee(:

thennnnnn we had our very first cg session! haha my cg's quite quiet leh. but very nice(: and you know what! ALL OF US (who came today) ARE IN UGs! heehee so cool(: all except cher lah(:

played some typical school intro game, planned by cher of course(: and then we did discussion on message last week, and then prayer and then a game by jess! HAHA smth like heartattack. HAHA I GOT THE ACE OF SPADES AND I WAS HOLDING ON FOR DEAR LIFE.

but basically, i umchio-ed my way through cg(: HAHA and since i was like directly opposite haixin, i had to keep looking out the door everytime i wanted to laugh. hahaha.

thennnnnnn me and maxine took bus to harbour mrt, while taking strange pictures(: HEH HEH.

went to seah imm and met the bb boys, zhen qiao worhs!

haha the rest of the night was filled with awkward silences, staring contests, me&maxine fighting over our sugarcane, and some beautiful misunderstanding resulting in the bb boys sending us home hahaha(:

haixin and kelvin sent me home. haha they all actually very nice leh, hahaha they like sent me really allllll the way to yiochukang! and then after that had to take to JE just to take all the way back home.

martin and benedict also! haha they walked maxine like right to her doorstep :O haha cos her house is chao ulu and big and dark! HAHA maxine did you see your BESTFRIEND tonight! rmb our train was FLOODED with them! HAHAHA.

AHH I FEEL SO BAD. maxine too! cos the guys reached home so late. poor thing leh! haha and they took train for suuuuper long. but thanks anw!:D

haha my ride with haixin and kelvin home was filled with...very awkward silences. haha. they were pretending i was winnie! HAHA pickup lines(: and attempted to make conversation.

kelvin's like suuuuper quiet. haha either that or he doesnt like me :O it was fun though(: haha thanks haixin for filling the silence(: and thanks kelvin for...having such a charming smile? LOLX.

haha still think it was reeeeeally nice of them to send us home(:

you know what i just realised! kelvin rhymes with elvin! like ELVINNG!:D :D speaking of which, maxine and me were fawning over some guy with eric-lookalike-calves at seah imm!HAHA.
