HEHEHAHAHA I LOVE CANTATAAAAAAAA! :Dhaha like seriouslyyyy! okay during the process i got sooo xian of it and having to go down for prac even though i had like 4 lines. ahh now i feel bad cos like i didnt think of ruoting and hannah and trinity, having to go down for like every prac!
ANW reached sch for roll call and then like had to miss cheer review. BUT apprently mrs j talked to miss wong so like i left cantata for 2hrs for review!
i felt sooooo bad for falling so many times and like hurting wenying's back and all that! but mr ben was really nice about it [:O] and basically review was quite good(:
anwwww back to cantata(: basically spent time in cast rehearsal, and like they kept saying i was too soft!
haha i really tried lah, but no idea why i couldnt go as loud as the rest. but after finally figuring out what i had to do throughout the whole scene [stand there and look COOL :D], i felt quite relieved haha(:
MINIFAIR was awesommmmmmmme! as in the comm HEH :D
they made like 43728497203481 sandwiches plsss! and rachel did the PRETTY signboards :D and like, YEAH WE FINISHED THE PHOTOBOOTH FINALLY(: hotglue works WONDERS.
then finally
matinee show! haha it was reeeeally funny going around in my maid/waitress outfit and having ppl commenting! hahaha.
and seeing the cast get their makeup, while sulyn tried to curl my lashes :S haha in the end she just mascara-ed me and then chloe&squishy did subtle makeup, cos i'm supposed to fade into the background ):
matinee was reeeally good! the cast rocked it lah(: but the audience was abit.. quiet. haha. they didnt laugh VERY much, but good enough(: at my scene i just kept staring at this ahpeh and ahma, who werent very intimidating. haha.
curtain call was fun, except that ruby whacked me when she turned! haha soo paiseh!

MINIFAIR :D ohmy the comm was seriously amazingggg! felt bad cos i didnt help that much! but like, i lived out my job as a maid and helped shiren serve chickenpies(: HAHA it was quite fun!(:
they kept saying i looked like a waitress when i took the tickets to circle it! and yeah me and shiren had laughing fits, as usual. haha i was laughing so hard when i gave this guy his chicken pie, i think he was quite freaked out. esp since he was a parent :O
saw cooooool ppl like yirong ness jieru jaime cj sherry and more! haha got more comments abt my outfit :O and then maxine and grace came! like FINALLY. haha maxine screamed when she saw me. like really, screamed.
and then both of them refused to get their SUPERCUTE TICKET circled, so i had to write it on the back for them. hahahaha. and then we went to take pics at the photobooth! :D:D:D
then rushed back to have makeup touched up! [but only like sooo little!:O] and then after lots of hugging and jiayous,
NIGHT SHOW STARTED! :O
performance wasnt as great, but audience made up for it by like a mile! they were laughing at every scene (i can imagine how many detached laughters came from maxine, getting a pun like 5min slower than everyone else!) and i think it was cos there were more of all our friends(:
the show was reeeeally GOOD(: seriously, the response was soo encouraging lah :D
and like curtain call,
JAN FORGOT TO CALL OUT THE FARMER AND MAID! she was like, "lastly, our directors!" and we were backstage like, HUH?! so abi just insisted we rushed out anw! and like my shoe flew out in the process :O
but YEAH IT WAS SOOO FUN(: like camwhoring after that! and seeing everyone! and screaming like mad! and just being plain highhhhh :D maxine and grace said they enjoyed it muchly, which was YAY, GREAT!
yeah basically after camwhoring and cleaning up , maxine and grace waited for me(: awww. and grace entertained herself by telling maxine the toilet was haunted and hiding her wallet(: HAHAHA ohmy it was sooo funny!
and both of them went crazy over the souvinirs! they like went round the ks chee picking up left behind souvinirs. and each of them had 10+ and were showing off to me :O
but i was like kinda sad that it was all over! relieved, but sad. and like now i'm gonna miss cantata prep! AHHH. all the painting [both the sets and each other] and the comm and the cast and the
NO FRIED FOOD SAVE YOUR VOICE. all that lah.
and like even though i fell asleep the minute i came home ystd, i still suffered and am suffering from
post cantata syndrome! AHHH!

TO GOD BE THE GLORY(: i was praying sooo hard cos i was so afraid of what the response would be. but yesss God really listens to our prayers(: and i'm sure He was there watching our performance(: hopefully, the whole audience got a sense of what easter is all about(:
